Going from a 26" HDTV to my old 17" CRT

Sucks donkey dick, but I can't get my TV to turn on. Anyone know how to fix a starter relay in a TV and how much the parts would cost me? Tv is a RCA L26W12. Shit is way out of warranty.

why is this tv so expensive for what it is ?...couple months back I bought a 28monitor 1920-1200 3ms for $300
